• Driver & Log Validation: Secure digital signature captures, photographic proof logs of defects, and precise coordinate markers (GPS location) logged during walkarounds to prevent retrospective log backdating.

3. Legal Basis and Purpose

We process your coordinates and details to fulfill our contractual provision under O-Licence compliance procedures and UK transport regulations, proving daily road safety audits on commercial vehicle platforms.

4. Storage & 15-Month Retention

In absolute accordance with Great Britain's Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) policies, completed vehicle walkaround checks represent legal maintenance audit trails. Therefore, we permanently retain these records for exactly 15 Months secure retention. Afterward, they are completely purged from our backup nodes automatically.

5. Your Data Rights

You carry standard UK GDPR protection powers over your personal data. You may request full CSV/PDF extractions of your history, challenge processing logs, or submit erasure commands (excluding files we have strict statutory legal duties to store for DVSA O-Licence purposes).
